The original is deleted once the conversion finishes; only the result stays. Files from guests disappear after 24 hours, and a member's files live in that company's drive alone, invisible to any other company. Downloads are served from a separate address, so an uploaded file can never run inside the app.

No. It runs in the browser. There is a Windows build if you want folder watching and right-click conversion, but it is optional.
